Poems by Enfys Hankey
Enfys loved words all her life and wrote poems from an early age. She drew on imagery mainly from the coasts and mountains of Mid Wales and her poems reflect her love of God and her sense of fun.
The book that Enfys wrote is now available and begins with ‘A Prayer for 2004’, the year that she probably developed the cancer which eventually took her life.
The book that is for sale is priced at £7.50 plus £2.50 p&p (1-3 copies, within UK)
All profits from the sale of the book will go to St Anne’s Hospice in Newport, Gwent which took such great care of Enfys in her last weeks. The book is A5 size, 40 pages long with 24 poems, 6 hymns and songs and 15 photos’s, all in high quality paper.
