Making a Will allows you to choose who will inherit your assets in the event of your death.  Without a Will the law decides who will benefit, and it is not necessarily who you would expect.  Making a Will provides certainty.  Wills can also be used for tax planning and protecting vulnerable family members.  By obtaining specialist legal advice, you can make sure your Will is drafted properly, takes into account all your circumstances and is tailored specifically to your needs.

How our Scheme Works

Twice a year (last two weeks of March and October), St Anne’s Hospice team up with QualitySolicitors Rubin Lewis O’Brien to make this offer:

During these periods, each Will made with QualitySolicitors Rubin Lewis O’Brien will result in a donation on your behalf of 50% of their fee (excluding VAT) to St Anne’s Hospice.  In addition, you may sign a Gift Aid declaration which will enable St Anne’s Hospice to reclaim from the Government 25p for each pound they receive (the declaration is on the back of our leaflet).

All you need to do is contact QualitySolicitors Rubin Lewis O’Brien on to make an appointment – either in the office or another location to suit you.  All we ask is that you take this leaflet to your meeting with QualitySolicitors Rubin Lewis O’Brien in order to take advantage of this offer.
